Place of birth: 1960, Horodyshche, Cherkasy region, Ukraine.

Scientific and educational work.

In 1981 he graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile Command School of Air Defense, majoring in "Command Tactical Radio Engineering".

In 1995 he graduated from Kharkiv Military University with a degree in Engineering Operational and Tactical Air Defense Forces.

In 2001 he defended his dissertation.

In 2004 he received the academic title of "Associate Professor".

In 2005 he resigned from the Armed Forces from the position of Head of the Department of Environmental Safety of the Troops, Faculty of Troops of Radiation, Chemical, Biological Protection and Ecology, NTU "KhPI". Military rank - reserve colonel.

He has been working at NAU as an associate professor of the Department of Civil and Industrial Safety since 2021.

Courses: "Automated control systems and communication", "Buildings and structures and their behavior in emergencies", "Protection and hazards of radiation, chemical and biological origin".

Field of research: life safety, labor protection, civil protection.

Publications. Author of more than 100 scientific works (including: 2 monographs, 8 textbooks and 1 patent).
